Influenced by artists such as Tom Waits, The Pogues, Beirut, Nick Cave, Fanfare Ciocarlia, The Dead Brothers and Toots and the Maytals, The Great Malarkey are a high-energy mix of musical styles and genres. Fast beats and a quivering punk-folk atmosphere make a visit to a concert by the band a memorable experience.
 
The Great Malarkey has more than eight years of touring experience and has performed at Bestival (UK), the London Olympics, Boomtown (UK), Colours of Ostrava (CZ) and the Tønder Festival (DK). Their songs have made it to mainstream radio in the UK and Denmark.
 
Their 2012 debut album "Badly Stuffed Animals" was followed by "Doghouse" in 2017 and in April of this year their new EP "Ready. Stop. Go."
 
The Great Malarkey's live shows are not only worth listening to, but also worth seeing. The band members put their hearts into every song and every show. With this enthusiasm that has become music, they are sure to inspire the audience at the 3LSF.
